Purpose: To add diffused, glitter free radiance that is unlike any traditional highlighter on the market. It smooths and blurs the skin, imparting the most gentle and soft luminosity. It is not glossy, reflective, metallic, or high shine. If you want a head turning highlighter that is blinding from all angles, this is not it. This is instead, a beautifully refined lighting filter for the skin. 100% guarantee you will have never tried and will never find a product like this anywhere else.
Texture: An intentionally stiff and unyielding cream formula. It feels like very firm putty, and it does not soften or melt with the warmth of a finger. Make sure you read the directions below to get the best use out of your product! People often think "I know how to use makeup, I do not need to read the directions". You don't know makeup like this, I promise. Please read the directions.
Tools: Pairs best with the Skybuff brush, that was designed specifically for this product. But any kind of semi-dense brush, particularly with a tapered edge will work. You can also use a velour puff if you want to use the product to "set" makeup.

Brush Application: Holding the base/bottom of a semi-dense brush (think holding a pen) and repeatedly swipe in the pan in downward motions for around 10 seconds with moderate to hard pressure to pick up product. Do not be gentle or delicate. Pretend you are a dog digging a hole in the sand. Keep pawing at it repeatedly. You should see product building up on the brush. If you don't, you are likely not swiping aggressively enough or using a brush that is too soft/fluffy. Then, apply softly to the face!

Fingers: With decent pressure, swirl your finger into the pan repeatedly to pick up product. Then in short swiping/dragging motions, blend it into the skin. Tapping gently will not deposit product well. It will not melt no matter how much you swirl. It will remain firm to the touch.
New User Tips: Please read the directions. Also, do not think of or treat this like your typical highlighter. This will not give you an immediate "Wow I radiate sunbeams from my skin" reaction. When used correctly, most people have a "It's kind of hard to put my finger on it, but my skin just looks... enhanced?!" thought process.
If it is your first few times trying to product, apply it in front of bright, direct lighting (ie. sunlight, vanity lights) to best notice its actual effect and see what it is doing on the skin. You will not easily notice the difference if you are applying it in overhead, soft, or ambient lighting.
