All orders are shipped out of Vancouver, BC. We offer flat rate shipping across Canada and the continental United States. Times stated below are estimates only, as quoted to us. Any customs/import fees charged are at the responsibility of the buyer to pay. 

Orders are typically shipped out every Monday, occasionally on Wednesdays as well based on how busy we are.

Please note that especially for Canadian shipments, tracking number/updates have not been showing up in Canada Post right away. For some reason, the links appear to update once the package arrive in their province of delivery or a few days before delivery. If you have received a shipment confirmation email, your shipment has indeed left our warehouse.

policies &returns

Missing/Delayed Shipments: 

We cannot control anything once we ship out your package. If a package states it has been delivered but it is missing, let us know and we can file an insurance claim and send you a replacement package. If your package is delayed/lost, we cannot file a claim until 30 days after the original ship date. After that, we can file a claim and send you a replacement

Address Errors:

It is the duty of the customer to provide their correct address when placing an order. If you write in the wrong address and do not contact us before we ship your package out, we will charge you a shipping/restocking fee to replace your package once it is returned to us from the postal services.. If the package is delivered to the wrong address and not bounced back to us, you will not receive a replacement.


Please do not buy products with the plans to try and return whatever you don't like. We are a small business and that is not a style of consumerism we can operate under. We do not take returns if you do not like a product, but we welcome you to share them with a friend or family member that can put it to use.

Damaged Items:

We will happily replace anything that was damaged during the shipping process. We do not replace anything that the customer has broken by accident (ie. dropping on the floor)
